City Clerk

The City Clerk under the City Manager and is also the clerk for the City Council. They are responsible for the documentation, publication and preservation of all official City records including minutes, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, deeds, easements and city boards and commissions. The City Clerk assists the Mayor and Council Members in scheduling appointments for special civic events and assists in researching and providing information to citizens, businesses and staff on a daily basis. The City Clerk serves as the Records Management Officer and administers a citywide Records Management Program that provides record retention scheduling, record storage and destruction. The City Clerk also supervises all city elections.
