The Library is committed to inform, entertain, enrich, and foster the self-learning process by facilitating access to its collections, services, and facilities to all members of our community. Our service efforts will focus on customer expectations and needs.

The Library will make available a broad spectrum of ideas reflecting diverse points of view. Accordingly, it will provide collections that reflect the need and diversity of our community.
The Library will honor its public trust by assuring maximum use of public resources. Furthermore, the Library will stimulate the awareness and use of our library to promote individual enlightenment, community enrichment, and economic vitality throughout our city.

The Pearsall Public Library serves an immediate population of approximately 9,000 people.

The size of our library collection includes over 65,000 items including:

The Library offers free, open wireless access for patrons who would like to use their own laptops, tablets, or other mobile devices.

Public Computers
The Library provides several adult and youth stations with access to the Internet and Microsoft Office programs.  Read more…

Copier/Fax
The Library also has a copier available for anyone to use for a nominal fee.  You can also send and receive faxes at the library, charges vary.  Please call 830-334-2496 or come by the library for further details.

Newspaper and Coffee Service
Pearsall Public Library subscribes to various newspapers from around the region and   gourmet coffee.  Read more…
