The Tourism & Business Center (TBC) is a departmental organization of the City of Pearsall and serves the surrounding communities. The following reflects the TBC Membership policies, which are subject to change with City Council approval.

Active membership in this Center shall be open to any person, association, nonprofit, partnership, corporation, Limited Liability Company or other entity having an interest in the mission and purposes of the TBC. A prospective new member shall comply and be in good standing with all City of Pearsall business requirements for admission to membership, including the payment of dues, which may be established from time to time by the Center’s Advisory Board with City Council approval.

Admission of Members
Prospective members are required to pay membership dues in full at the time of application. Membership dues cover a membership year beginning at the time the member joins and ending after twelve months. Membership is renewable on the first day of the member’s anniversary month each year.

Dues, which are subject to change in price and formula, are payable in advance of the due date.

Membership dues may be deductible for Federal income tax purposes as an ordinary and necessary business expense (not as a charitable contribution). However, members should consult their own tax advisors for specific tax information and advice.

Membership dues and fees are non-refundable.

Termination of Membership

The Center reserves the right to deny membership, or cancel membership, in accordance with the City’s bylaws (Charter).

Non-Payment of Dues
TBC members who do not pay membership dues within 60 days of the due date may be subject to having their membership canceled. In any such case, the Center will notify the member of the cancellation, and no further action shall be required of the Center.

Privacy Statement
The Center is committed to protecting the privacy of members' personal information. This commitment applies with respect to information that we collect, from visitors to the Center's website located at in order to process transactions initiated by customers on our website (including the purchase or renewal of memberships online).

Logo Use

The Center licenses its membership logo for display only by TBC members in good standing. Images may not be modified in any way. If the logo is used on a member’s website, it must be linked to the Center's website at Any other use of the image requires prior written permission by the Center. Downloading and displaying the City membership logo constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Additional Terms & Conditions: 
Payment of annual dues and application fee must be received for membership application approval. When a credit card payment transaction is completed, the membership will be activated within 24-48 hours, pending card approval. REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for canceling any membership(s) early. On a case-by-case basis, event refunds are reviewed and considered. If a refund is issued for event circumstances, please allow10-15 business days to see a credit back on your statement. The credit will be issued to the card used to make payment. If a check was provided, a check will be mailed to the address on file within 10 business days.
